Chế 250ml nước dùng chay vào chào, khuấy đều lên. Tiếp đó đổ 300ml nước cốt dừa, 1 muỗng mật ong, 1 muỗng tương ớt vào, dùng muỗng khuấy cho tất cả hòa tan vào nhau. Nấu cho nước cà ri sôi thì đổ đậu gà vào, nấu 10 phút, nêm nếm lại gia vị cho vừa miệng là có thể tắt bếp rồi nha.
