Đun nóng chảo với dầu ăn, cho bánh vào chiên chín vàng các mặt, nhớ ép cho bánh hơi dẹp xuống nha để bánh nhanh chín và ngon hơn. Chiên mỗi mặt 3 - 4 phút. Bánh chín gắp ra dĩa. Nước chấm: pha 1 muỗng nước tương, 1 muỗng giấm, 1 muỗng nước, 2 muỗng đường vào chén và khuấy đều. Bày bánh ra dĩa và ăn kèm nước chấm nha.
